Wine & more is yours unique wine tour of Istria: a convenient yet full Istrian wine experience, including a lot of education, delicious wines & fun in one of Croatia most beautiful wine regions, Istria.
The wines tasted at the wineries are all representative of the area of ISTRIA, so red wines are made from Teran , Refosk, Merlot and other red grape varieties. You’ll also have the opportunity of tasting a Malvazija Istarska at each winery.
We fit in 3 wineries before 5 pm so you have time to relax and enjoy in the great hotels and beaches that Poreč/Rovinj/Pula has to offer in the late afternoon.

Istria Cooking Classes
10:00 am
We will pick you up from your accommodation and make our way to the farm through the Istrian hinterland. On our way, we will stop at the local honey or olive oil producer.
11:00 am
Upon arrival at the farm, you will be taken to a short tour. Visit the truffle-hunting dogs, chickens and sheep. After, we will make our way to the kitchen and where you will start your cooking class.
You will be preparing some traditional Istrian dishes with the secret ingredients provided by our hosts. The lunch will be served on the lovely terrace overlooking the wonderful Istrian countryside.
RETURN to the hotel at approx 15.30

Porec WINE Walk with Wine and Food Tasting
Treat yourself to the tradition of winemaking in Istria and the wine varieties of Poreč and surrounding area. While walking through the town, we will stop by two wine cellars /bars, where you will try 4 to 5 different wine varieties with a selection of typically Istrian refreshments of prosciutto and cheese. This experience will leave a lingering aftertaste on the palate with gales of laughter in a convivial atmosphere. We may even break into song!
